On August 5, 2013 Sr. Bitrinitas Lyngdoh, Sr. Celibon Maslai and Sr. Nelia Shullai pledged their fidelity through the Perpetual Profession at Divine Saviour’s Church, Nongthymmai – Shillong.

Accompanied by their parents the perpetually professed Sisters were led to the altar presenting them forever for the Lord’s service in the footsteps of Don Bosco and Mother Mazzarello. Provincial Superior Sr. Isabella Suja received the vows of the Sisters and welcomed them as permanent members of the Institute on behalf of Mother General.

In his homily, Archbishop Dominic Jala SDB of the Shillong Archdiocese encouraged the Sisters to live their religious life with commitment as service to God and to humanity. Some ten priests concelebrated in the Holy Eucharist. “Go forth and proclaim” was the motto that the Sisters have chosen for themselves to be a guiding principle in their mission life. The province congratulated them on this ocassion and wished them God’s blessings as they embark on in their missionary life to the communities thay are assigned to.
